After many successful years in Dentistry, Healthcare and Retail Operations, I have chosen to now offer my passion and experience to partner with local business owners to ELEVATE their businesses to reach their highest potential without losing autonomy and ownership of their business.

I specialize in identifying opportunities and implementing sustainable systems throughout the business. I focus strongly on team culture, team building, leadership training and optimizing business operations to drive the highest level client experience and in turn increase profitability.

 

In Dentistry I have worked in the DSO space for Pacific Dental Services, Dentive, and ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers and have helped build overall operations and profitability in partnership with providers.

I have extensive sales training both from Healthcare and Retail industries and teach clients how drive business through relationship building and uncovering customer needs.
